Arlington, Texas | October 26–29, 2026

Wilson Technology, Inc. was proud to attend the 2026 Brivo Global Cloud Security Summit, held October 26–29 at the Loews Arlington Hotel & Convention Center in Arlington, Texas.

The annual summit brought together security professionals, technology innovators, and industry leaders to explore advancements in cloud-based security, artificial intelligence, video surveillance, access control, and connected security solutions.

For Wilson Technology, the summit represented more than an opportunity to explore emerging technologies. It provided a valuable platform to engage with industry leaders, exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and discuss how innovation can deliver measurable value to the customers and communities we serve.

Throughout the event, our conversations focused on a central question: How can we turn technology and artificial intelligence into meaningful outcomes that improve the customer experience?

Driving AI-Enabled Outcomes and Customer Value

One of the most important takeaways from the summit was the growing opportunity to move beyond traditional security technology and focus on AI-enabled outcomes that help customers operate more efficiently, improve security, and make informed decisions.

At Wilson Technology, we recognize that customers are not simply purchasing cameras, access control, or intercom systems. They are investing in solutions designed to solve problems, protect their facilities, strengthen operations, and provide peace of mind.

Our discussions reinforced three priorities that will continue guiding our approach:

  • Increase the value of our services and products: Identify innovative technologies and improvements that enhance security performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive greater customer value: Better understand customer needs and provide solutions that address specific security challenges and business objectives.
  • Deliver the value we promise: Ensure our products, services, and ongoing support provide measurable results that align with customer expectations.

These priorities reflect our belief that successful technology partnerships are built on more than equipment and installation. They require understanding customer challenges, delivering dependable solutions, and maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement.

Exploring Eeva: Using AI Prompts to Create Actionable Intelligence

A key area of discussion involved Eeva, Brivo’s AI-powered video agent, and its potential to help organizations transform how they interact with security cameras.

Eeva introduces the ability to create customized video analytics using natural-language prompts. This capability presents opportunities to help customers identify specific activities and receive information relevant to their security and operational needs.

For example, organizations could explore prompts designed to identify when vehicles block emergency entrances, detect objects obstructing restricted areas, recognize unauthorized dumping, or alert personnel to specific activities captured by security cameras.

Rather than relying solely on reviewing recorded footage, these AI-enabled capabilities may help customers become more proactive by identifying important events and improving situational awareness.

For Wilson Technology, our interest centers on determining how AI prompts can be developed, tested, and refined to address the unique challenges of our customers.

We also recognize that technology must be evaluated carefully. Prompt accuracy, camera positioning, network performance, privacy considerations, and the customer’s operating environment all influence the effectiveness of AI-powered analytics.

Our objective is not simply to introduce artificial intelligence. It is to identify where AI can solve real problems, improve efficiency, and provide additional value to existing and future customers.

Three Core Areas of Focus: Cameras, Access Control, and Intercom Systems

As Wilson Technology evaluates opportunities for continued growth and innovation, our strategic focus remains centered on three essential components of modern physical security.

1. Security Cameras: From Surveillance to Intelligent Monitoring

Security cameras remain a critical component of protecting people, property, and public spaces. However, advancements in cloud technology and artificial intelligence are expanding the capabilities of modern surveillance systems.

Through cloud-based video surveillance, intelligent analytics, and emerging AI capabilities such as Eeva, Wilson Technology is exploring how customers can gain additional operational insights from their existing camera infrastructure.

Our goal is to help customers move beyond traditional video recording and explore more proactive solutions that improve situational awareness, support security operations, and maximize their technology investment.

2. Access Control: Strengthening Security and Operational Efficiency

Access control plays an essential role in managing who can enter buildings, facilities, and restricted areas.

Through Brivo’s cloud-based access control solutions, organizations can benefit from centralized management, improved visibility into access activity, and greater flexibility in managing authorized entry.

Wilson Technology continues evaluating opportunities to help customers simplify access management, strengthen accountability, and integrate access control with other security technologies.

Our focus is on delivering secure, practical solutions that support each customer’s operational requirements while improving convenience and efficiency.

3. Intercom Systems: Enhancing Communication and Entry Management

Reliable communication is another important component of a comprehensive security strategy.

Modern intercom systems can help organizations communicate with visitors, verify entry requests, and manage building access more effectively.

Wilson Technology is exploring how video intercom technology can complement cameras and access control systems to create a more connected and responsive security environment.

By evaluating these three areas together, we aim to provide customers with security solutions that work more effectively as a connected system rather than as independent technologies.

Listening to Our Customers: Evaluating Performance and Identifying Opportunities

Another important discussion emerging from the summit involved how technology providers can better understand customer expectations and continuously improve the value of their services.

At Wilson Technology, we believe listening to customers is essential to delivering successful outcomes.

As technology evolves, the needs of our customers may also change. Understanding those changes allows us to identify opportunities to enhance existing systems, introduce useful capabilities, and strengthen our overall service experience.

Our next steps include evaluating customer feedback through surveys, direct conversations, and service assessments to better understand how our products and solutions are performing.

Areas of evaluation will include:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Understanding whether current solutions meet expectations and identifying areas where the customer experience can improve.
  • Product Performance: Evaluating how effectively existing cameras, access control systems, and intercom solutions support customer needs.
  • Service and Support: Identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness, communication, maintenance, and technical assistance.
  • Technology Utilization: Determining whether customers are taking full advantage of the capabilities available within their current systems.
  • Future Opportunities: Exploring whether AI-enabled analytics, additional integrations, or expanded services could provide meaningful benefits.

These conversations will help Wilson Technology better understand where additional support, training, or technology enhancements may be beneficial.

By listening carefully and evaluating the results, we can make informed decisions about where to improve, expand, or strategically adjust our services.

Customer feedback is more than a measurement of satisfaction. It is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, improve our products and services, and ensure we continue delivering the value we promise.

Identifying Roadblocks and Making Strategic Adjustments

While artificial intelligence and cloud-based security offer significant opportunities, successful implementation requires thoughtful planning and a clear understanding of potential challenges.

Our discussions reinforced the importance of identifying roadblocks before they affect system performance or the customer experience.

Potential challenges may include network connectivity, aging infrastructure, equipment compatibility, implementation costs, system integration, user training, and the adoption of new technologies.

AI-enabled applications also introduce considerations involving data privacy, cybersecurity, alert accuracy, and the need to ensure that technology performs reliably within real-world environments.

For Wilson Technology, recognizing these challenges is an important part of delivering responsible, dependable solutions.

When customer needs change or implementation challenges arise, we must remain flexible and willing to adjust our approach.

Whether that means refining an AI prompt, recommending improvements to an existing system, providing additional customer training, or identifying a more practical solution, our priority remains delivering value.

Innovation requires adaptability, and delivering meaningful results requires understanding both the opportunities and the obstacles.

Bringing Innovation Back to Our Communities

At Wilson Technology, we believe the true value of technology is measured by the positive difference it makes in people’s lives.

Our continued collaboration with Brivo has helped support important public safety initiatives, including the Hinds County Safety Camera Initiative in Mississippi.

This initiative includes 72 solar-powered security camera cabinets and advanced 911 Camera Sharing technology designed to improve situational awareness, support emergency responders, and strengthen community safety.

Projects like this demonstrate how technology partnerships and innovative security solutions can address real-world challenges.

The knowledge and relationships strengthened during the 2026 Brivo Global Cloud Security Summit provide additional opportunities for Wilson Technology to explore technologies that can help communities, municipalities, schools, and businesses operate more safely and efficiently.

Moving Forward: Delivering the Value We Promise

As we reflect on the 2026 Brivo Global Cloud Security Summit, one message stands out: Technology should deliver results, not just features.

Wilson Technology is moving forward with a renewed focus on understanding customer needs, exploring AI-enabled solutions, and continuously evaluating how our services can provide greater value.

Our priorities remain clear: strengthen our camera solutions, expand opportunities in access control and intercom systems, listen to our customers, and identify innovative ways to improve their experience.

We extend our appreciation to Brivo, the summit organizers, industry leaders, and fellow technology professionals for the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas.

Wilson Technology, Inc. remains committed to delivering dependable technology, building meaningful partnerships, and helping create safer, more connected communities.

Our commitment is simple: Understand the need. Deliver the solution. Measure the results. Continue creating value.
